The Orbis Quality Management System is designed to provide a framework for best practice and consistency in company management and the successful delivery of services to our customers. Its objectives are to:
- Provide consistent business management practices across the company.
- Provide consistent, effective and efficient implementation and support services to our customers.
- Measure performance in service delivery.
- Measure customer satisfaction.
- Meet industry regulatory requirements.
- Advance a quality culture throughout the organization.
Our quality processes are a set of activities that deliver configured software applications to our customers as solutions to business needs. The Orbis realized product is a configured business solution to fully satisfy the customers' requirements. It is a combination of core software and defined services.
The Quality Management System manages these processes, viz:
- Defines business processes in terms of workflows, procedures and documentation.
- A workflow identifies process sequence and interaction.
- Provides criteria and methods to ensure the effective operation and control of these processes.
- Monitors, measures and analyses the processes; initiates actions to achieve objectives and the continual improvement of the processes.
- Ensures the availability of resource and information to support the operation and monitoring of these processes.
