The solution spans 5 plants, Butter, Whey, Cheese, Casein and Utilities and provides Performance Management, Utilities Management, Track & Trace, Site Mass Balance, OEE Monitoring, Environmental and Waste Reporting.

The solution interfaces with the on site PCS system, Sattline for realtime data collection, agrregation and KPI creation.  It also integrates with SAP and a dedicated Milk Movements system. The foundation layer for the solution is based on the Aspentech AMS suite.
